Visit to the National History Museum
Our students recently enjoyed an unforgettable trip to the National History Museum, one of London’s most famous centres of learning and exploration.
They explored The Vault, where they examined beautiful minerals, rocks and crystals from around the world, learning about the natural forces that shape our planet. Of course, no visit would be complete without meeting the museum’s famous dinosaurs, including some incredible moving displays that brought these prehistoric giants to life.
Students also discovered the science behind earthquakes, learning why they happen and even experiencing what one feels like through the museum’s earthquake simulator. Inside The Cocoon, a unique two-level structure dedicated to the natural world, they explored the intricate details of insects and plants, gaining a closer look at the tiny but extraordinary life forms that play such an important role in our ecosystems.
From life-sized whale skeletons to fascinating animal displays, the visit was full of exciting discoveries and new knowledge. Being so close to London means our students can easily visit these incredible hubs of information and inspiration.
With Summer School starting very soon in June, we can’t wait to welcome even more students from around the world to experience days like this with us!
